About the event
An hour long class designed for the dancer to keep dance fit. A fluid, continous class that helps strengthen, stretch and sweat using movements familiar to the dancer and many more.
A bit more about it:
This series of classes are aimed at dance students, and professional dancers (but will also aim to develop additional classes to welcome any people within the movement industry who may be interested too). My aim would be to keep the dancer's body 'dance fit' through a series of exercises that targets different sections of the body in a professional, knowledable, fun and fluid way.
I am looking to combine knowledge I have gained from Pilates (which I already hold a qualification) and functional movement pattern exercises I have learnt throughout my career in relation to dance - specifically developing strength and flexibility for floor work.

Aimed at professional dancers or experienced dancers in full time training. Classes currently not suitable for dancers with significant injuries, however if it is an injury you manage you are welcome to adapt any exercises at your own risk.

I understand that I have enrolled in a program of strenuous physical activity including but not limited to dance and fitness based body-conditioning which will be delivered by an online platform Zoom . I hereby absolve Grace Sellwood from any responsibility for injuries I might sustain while practicing dance and fitness based body conditioning learned with or by Grace Sellwood.
I hereby release for myself, my heirs and assigns, Grace Sellwood from any claims, demands and causes of actions arising from my participation in an exercise program.
Agreement to this Confirmation and Liability Information will act as your continued agreement to all ensuing sessions and workshops whether in person, via Zoom or any other online platforms.
